1. Do you ship internationally?

No, currently we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. How long does order processing take?

All orders are processed within 5 to 10 business days after the order is placed. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major US holidays. During peak seasons, processing may take longer.

3. How long does delivery take?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7 to 14 business days depending on your location within the United States.

4. Which shipping carriers do you use?

We partner with reputable carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS. The carrier for your order will be selected based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

5. Can I ship to a P.O. Box?

No, we require a physical street address for delivery due to the size and nature of our products.

6. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package on the carrier's website.

7. What if I provided the wrong shipping address?

Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you need to change it after placing the order, contact us immediately at Supportteam@glema.us. We can only modify the address if your order has not been processed yet.

8. What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at Supportteam@glema.us and include photos of the product and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

9. How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and delivery location. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions which will be clearly advertised on our website.
